1 Is participation in the prize draws for the Miles & More online birthday flight free of charge?
Yes, participation in the prize draws is free and without obligation. You will not incur any fees or costs by taking part – except, of course, for your Internet connection.
2. Can I take part even though I’m not a member of Miles & More?
Of course you can take part in the prize draws, even if you are not a Miles & More member. This will not affect your chances of winning. If, however, you do sign up to Europe’s largest frequent flyer programme, which is free of charge and without obligation, you will earn valuable miles on your journeys and with our many partners on the ground. Simply complete the online registration form and start earning! And with a bit of luck you could also win plenty of additional award miles in our prize draws.
3. Why haven’t I received an e-mail confirmation even though I’ve successfully completed a game?
This might have something to do with the Spam Filter on your PC. Please check the settings on your Spam Filter and give us permission to send you confirmation e-mails. So, from now on, for each stop which you successfully complete you will receive one letter from the code word. You will need this code word to take part in the draw for the main prize.
4. Why have I received messages for the first few stops, but no e-mails about the subsequent prize draw stops?
Your e-mail provider or programme probably has a self-learning Spam Filter. Such filters, after receiving two or three e-mail messages, register that these always originate from the same sender and that there is little difference in terms of content. As a result they classify these as spam and filter out subsequent messages. Please note that such Spam Filters, depending on the settings, may also automatically delete filtered e-mails.
5. Will I get another letter from the code word for every stop I successfully complete?
You will receive one or two letters for every stop you successfully complete. Please note that one letter may also occur twice in the code. If, for example, the letter ‘E’ were to appear more than once in the code word, you would only receive one ‘E’ for all the games and not all the same letters which occur in the code word.
6. Will I increase my chances of winning the main prize if I send in the code word before the start of the main prize draw?
So that all participants have an equal chance of winning our fabulous main prize, you will not improve your chances of winning if you send us the code word in advance.
7. How do I take part in the main prize draw?
In order to register for the main prize draw with its fantastic prizes, you need the code word. This is made up of the letters which you received after every stop you successfully completed.
8. How will I find out if I’ve won?
We will inform the lucky winners immediately by e-mail. If you have won a merchandise prize, you will need to send us a reply giving your full postal address so we can send your prize to you.
